Thing No. 22

PodCast:

I haven't been living under a rock for the past few years, so I have heard of podcast, but hearing about them is the extent of my knowledge, at least until I completed my 22nd Thing. I found this to be one of the most difficult Things this project required. Although most all of the other Things were new, they were not entirely foreign to me.

I found that PodCastalley.com was the easiest of the directories to use. It offers a search engine, top rated, and genres to help you browse. After I figured out what I was doing, I found some neat podcast; some of personal interest and some of educational interest. I found one that particularly pertain to this class. It is produced by University of Colorado Denver students with topics on education and technology. Check out #51 Free Cool Apps for Online Education.

I don't think I am confident enough in my podcast skills to create a podcast just yet. I need to play around with this a little more, although I did find a podcast I will use in my personal life. It is a book podcast that talks about popular books, which ones to read, and what to skip over.
